Mediator_gender is exploring the topic of gender, one which the discourse over has become highly polarized in Hungary in the last few years.
In the process of developing the project, at first I got curious about my own relationship with gender identity, then I interviewed three of my friends to further reflect on the topic. Inspired by this research I created a card game of my film photographs and questions inviting association and reflection.
With art therapy counselor Klári Gáspár, we organized a workshop with the intention to create an intimate, non-judgemental space, where participants could explore their thoughts and feelings concerning gender identity.
