A speculation of non-human cosmologies, this series of machine-knit images imagine nonlinear time-spaces inhabited by fluids, rhizomes, bubbles and gel-bodies.
Inspired by the the heritage of feminist science-fictions, these images are less concerned about its hero’s, and more about the hypertextuality of its universe, how things connect. The material of the knitted textile is similar to the conceptual workings of the image, one thread reaching from the bottom to the top, traveling through and being present in the whole image all at once.
